1. What are your processing and shipping times?
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Business Hours: Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM PST, excluding holidays. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, but delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks due to customs and international shipping times. While we strive to make the shipping process as smooth as possible, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest reaching out to your local shipping agent or customs office for more information on any potential fees before purchasing.

3. Are you accepting Brand Ambassadors?
We are currently accepting applications for Brand Ambassadors.
Please send a well-thought-out and genuine description of yourself and link your social media pages along with reason(s) why I should choose you to represent my brand.

5. Do you make Custom Arm/Nailfie rests?
​We do not offer fully custom designs using our own materials. However, if you provide an inspiration photo, we will do our best to create something similar. If you have a specific pattern or design in mind and can provide the material, we can craft a custom Arm or Nailfie rest for you.
Please note that custom orders typically come with an additional cost, especially if we need to have materials specially made, which can take 2-4 weeks to receive.

6. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. Orders are shipped using standard shipping methods, but we strive to process your order as quickly as possible.​

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have not yet received an email, that just means that your order is being processed.

8. Can I return or exchange my items?
We accept returns on unused and unopened electronics ONLY within 30 days of delivery.
All other items & gift cards are non-refundable.
ALL OTHER SALES ARE FINAL.

You (the customer) are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at tasha@tashifynails.com with photos/video and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
